The SIRA model machine is designed and engineered as a washing machine, filling machine, capping machine for PET and Pc jars for 5 lt – 10 lt 3-4-5 and 6-gallon.

With a completely innovative design (the whole process is enclosed in a single machine) SIRA can be requested in different versions: semi-automated version (with manual loading) or fully automated version (with automated loading).

A simple but extremely vigorous cleaning and sanitizing cycle, precise filling and effective capping distinguish this monobloc, certainly making it an excellent starting point for process automation.

SIRA can also be an integral part of a fully automated line, including an automated de-palletizing and palletizing system as well as any cartoning machines and/or inspection machines.

Main technical features

  • External brushing system and internal washing system.
  • Pump with pump for complete disinfection of the machine.
  • Automatic degreasing of the entire machine grouped in a few minutes.
  • External washing pipe extraction.
  • System to keep the filling area under pressure, equipped with pre-filter and absolute filter (99.99%).
  • Control and management system in stainless steel, positioned next to the unit, in a position easily accessible to the operator.
  • The panel is complete with a “touch-screen” for the complete management of all the line functions, the display of the operating parameters and the alarms.
  • Automatic detector with stainless steel structure.
  • Pneumatic gripping system in the neck and ejection of the cap.
  • Possibility to supply a system for selecting and expelling the bottles that have not been properly de-capped.
  • Filling the bottles with special inverter-controlled pumps.
  • The new valve guarantees a laminar flow and no contact between the valve and the bottle.
  • The filling management is carried out by means of a meter able to guarantee an extreme filling precision.
  • Multiformed bottles capper.
  • The capper is composed of a vibrating soundproofed hopper, a descent channel, a tear-off pickup head, and a mouthpiece closing by means of an inclined pressure belt, with adjustable pressure.
  • All adjustments are automatic and managed from the control panel.
