Phoenix PHOENIX DE (double-end) is the maximum technological expression achieved in the construction of a bottle washing machine.

This new industrial bottle washer project aimed at large users has been designed, tested and engineered to meet the more specific needs of those who use these machines in a highly professional way.

It is a professional bottle washer designed to carry out the washing process faster and more efficiently, with particular attention to quality and safety.

The PHOENIX bottle washing machine boasts various features that distinguish it: touch screen control panel, remote assistance via software and electronic safety on each reduction gear.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES​

  • The machine is in compliance with Machine Directive 2006/42/CE.
  • High speed loving and unloading systems.
  • Visualization of all alarms and its resetting from the control panel Touch-screen”.
  • Unified greasing in few points.
  • Electronic safety on every reduction to arrest the machine in case of overload, with automatic re setting from the control panel.
  • Automatic Cycle of wasting and complete disinfection of the machine.
  • Safety protection and anti-dust (with pressurization system to protection of the unload some bottles.
  • Speed of the machine controlled by an electronic frequency speed control with remote distance control (inverter) for all the motors installed in the machine.
  • One single collectorized waste water drainage point with inspection cover.
  • Continuous automatic filtration of the detergent bath.
  • Automatic press for collecting labels and recycling the detergent solution.
